Rocky Carson Quick Tip -Shoulder Strengthening #3 - Dead lifts


While many of us are at home and unable to get on the courts Rocky will be doing short videos from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday showing us how he stays in shape.

This week is a three part series for Shoulder Strengthening and stretching. For this week’s third video, Rocky covered some more ways to stretch out your chest and shoulder area. The workout for today's video will be the dead lift. This workout Rocky likes to do a lot to really help recover and does this on a daily basis. This will strengthen most your muscle that covers around the shoulder area. These are good to do in reps, Rocky generally does 50-100. This is a great exercise to help you better recover and build more muscle.
