Rocky Carson Quick Tip - Challenge of the day #1 - Push ups


While many of us are at home and unable to get on the courts Rocky will be doing short videos from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday showing us how he stays in shape.

This week is a three-part series for Challenging yourself and to push yourself harder. For this week’s first video, Rocky wants everyone to try something new and really motivate yourself to try and beat the challenge for Monday. As quick as you can we want you to try to reach 100 push-ups.
