- The $19.95 charge covers us shipping the racquet to the manufacturer and then shipping the replacement racquet back to you. Going through us does NOT guarantee replacement. Replacement of all racquets are decided only by the manufacturers.
- If you choose any upgrades on the racquet, once we get the replacement racquet back from the manufacturer, we will gladly install them for you before we ship it out.

About 1 month after my new racquet arrived, it broke and I didn't know what to do. It is a good racquet and I was happy to play with it. So I just send an email and some hours after Mike instructed me how to use the warranty. I need to be honest, I've been surprised. So now, my brand new racquet is here, ready to play.

Head racquet warranty

Broke my head extreme racquet, it was 5-6 months old. Had to pay $19.95 for shipping but it was covered and my new racquet was strung with the strings I selected. Took 4 weeks but once it went through it was very quick. I contacted racquet world during waiting period and they were quick to respond but unsure of status while I waited. Overall it was ok

I rarely have racquet issues but mine developed a small crack just 2 months of playing. I sent it in and about 2 weeks later I got my new one! Great service by Racquetball world and Head

I never believe in warranties for all the things I buy but the few times my raquet cracked before the 6 month warranty they honored it and I got my new raquet about 5-6 weeks from the time I drop of the raquet at UPS. The few times is had been HEAD raquets. I am not sure if Gearbox and other brands do a good job on warranties.

My return process took over 2 months. It was not easy to find an appropriate box the size of a racquet, so, I manufactured my own box and sent the broken racquet 2.5 months ago. Eight weeks later, I finally received my new racquet. Thanks.
