We have the largest racquetball DEMO exchange in the country. And here's how it all works....The total charge for the whole program is $35. Your hard earned money gets you the following:
- 2 DEMO Racquets of your choice (for up to 7 days)
- 2nd Day FedEx shipping to you
- FedEx return prepaid shipping tag
- $10 Credit toward the purchase of a racquet (within 40 days from demo date)
When checking out after making your online demo purchase, make sure you choose the demo shipping method instead of standard FedEx ground. (if you purchase other products along with the demo program the DEMO shipping option will only appear if the added weight is under 2 lbs. If other items are in your cart that weigh more than 2 lbs there will be shipping costs associated with the additional items but will exclude the weight of the demo racquets)
Be aware that due to the popularity of this program there may be a delay in shipping the racquets you choose. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your racquets actually ship. If we can't ship your chosen DEMOs within 5 days of your order we will contact you. Just because your order went through does not mean they are shipping that day. It means you are in the lineup to receive the racquets.
Our Demo Program will reach in excess of 1,000 people this year.We have to run a tight ship so please be timely on your returns. There is a late fee for racquets kept beyond your 7 days. You agree to this when you join this program. Please remember there is a person in line after you waiting. (The 7 days does not include ship time).

Tried to upgrade after 15 years, did not really see any big improvement to my Wilson nBlade. Just did not stick to my ribs for some reason. The GB1oX had a lot of vibrations, but after I put a dampener on it, it was the BOMB, I liked the 165 g weight, and was great. Had good power and control. The program is good to see if you like to upgrade. Shipping was great, return was just as easy.

This is the 3rd time I've taken advantage of the RW demo program. It's slick and works very well. The demos go out quickly, and come with a return shipping label in the box. I highly recommend it for anyone considering a new stick. I currently play with GB3K 165T. I demoed a GX1 165T and an E-Force Xcelerator 160. The GX1 felt very similar to the GB3K. Close my eyes, and I would not know which one I had in my hand. The GX1 MAY have a touch more power, but the difference is small. I didn't like the Xcelerator at all. I felt like I was playing with 20 year old technology. It felt dead, with not much power or feedback on contact. The GB3K and GX1 are a great combination of power and control, and it is my recommended racquet, that's coming from a HEAD and E-Force guy.

Great opportunity to try some different racquet styles and weights to determine which feels best. Will most likely try again. As a beginner, its helpful to determine if it will be worthwhile to invest in a little better racquet for growth vs an intro level racquet that you may grow out of; and so that you can see what you get for the initial investment. Still deciding though. Demo'd the Gearbox 250 165 and the Gearbox GBX quad 170. Both felt excellent (to a beginner) and definitely better than some of the others I've been borrowing.

demo four racquets in two shipments and only way to go before wasting money on a racquet one may not like. for example: 165 Kennex FCB was great but too light on the frame and edges of the strings. Sweet spot fine. Eforce 160 Sector 5 horrible balance and swing weight and feel. Wilson hot even worth hitting 5 balls compared to Gearbox or Kennex.

I iterated on this service twice before buying two raquets for myself and my son. Top flight, fast, and very useful obviously. I'll add in here, that you should definitely eyeball the strings and their age when you test a raquet. 3 of the 4 we tested had been restrung and it was insightful to measure them and see the brands to help in making our decisions. We opted to restring new raquets before shipment to what we had been using in the demos.

The shipping of the racquets was superfast and I loved that.
The time span to keep the racquets only 7 days I guess might be sufficient for someone that plays continually if not everyday, maybe every other day, for amateurs that plays 2 to 3 days a week and not experts on the subject might take a little longer to make a decision. Extending the trial to 10 days in my opinion could be a beneficial factor for all parties involved.

I was torn on whether to do the program, but I am happy I did it, since the racquet I ended up liking the most (and buying) was not the racquet I would have bought, had I not done the program. This is a great program if you don't have any way to demo racquets locally (I don't, so far as I know). The selection of racquets to demo is huge; the shipping is extremely quick (I received the racquets the day after I placed the demo order); the 7 day period is generous; and it is nice that you get a discount if you buy one of the racquets.
The only drawback is that the program is pretty pricey if you want to demo more than 2 racquets. I was buying my first good racquet and, having used only a $20 racquet previously, I did not know what kind of racquet I would like the most (head heavy or head light? on the lighter side or slightly heavier? tear-drop or quad?). I don't think two racquets are enough to get a good sense for this, so I did the program twice to get 4 racquets—but that's $50, which is pretty steep—and the $10 towards the racquet you purchase starts to look pretty small. It would be nice if there was an option to test more racquets, up to a certain amount, for a small upcharge.
That being said, I would wholeheartedly recommend the program to anyone who wants to demo some racquets to find out what works best for them—though I'd have to warn them about the price if they want to test many racquets.

The fact that they make it so easy to select and return is also a plus. Its a frustrating process, buying, returning, trying to adjust to the next racquet. This program eliminates that. I tried a couple of higher end product and actually play with it is game situations.

One suggestion, make it easier to add the $10 from the cost of the demo to the follow-on order. I think it should be an automatic apply, rather than having to ask.

I've been a long time Head racquet user and when one of my (very) old Head racquets couldn't be restrung any more due to the interior grommets being shot, I decided it was time to get something new. Tried the demo program on the recommendation of a friend and am glad did. I tried a Head Graphene and a Gearbox M40 and managed to play 6 of the 7 days I had the racquets. Ended up buying the Gearbox the day I dropped the demos in the mail to return them. At order, I upgraded the grip to a Python and they still managed to ship it out the same day so I got it 2 days later. GREAT SERVICE!! They will always get my business.

Excellent program before a purchase. The program is well worth the price and you don’t get stuck with a racquet you don’t like.

I used the Demo Program for the first time last month, and now I wonder why I didn't use it more often. I selected two racquets that I was considering for purchase, and had the racquets within a few days. You get 7 days to use the racquets, which was plenty of time for me to decide which one I liked the best. The $25 dollar cost is well worth the money, and you pay no shipping either way. At the end of the seven days I simply placed the racquets back in the box they were shipped in, attached the FedEx label that was included in the shipment, and dropped off the box at a FedEx shipping location. Couldn't have been simpler, and now I know which racquet works best for me. And as an added plus, I get $10 dollars off my order for a new racquet, if I order one in the next 30 days, which I will do, since this is a Christmas present for me from my wife. So if you can't seem to narrow down your choice for a new racquet, use the Demo Program to help you made that decision.

Where else can you not only try one but two high end racquets for a week for $25. It makes it so much easier to purchase a racquet if you can play with it before hand. I did purchase a racquet and I’m very satisfied.

Great program. Broke a racquet and wanted to try some different styles and weights. Without this demo program it’s more of a shot in the dark in figuring out what racquet to go with. Your left trying someone else’s racquet which could be the wrong grip or weight or buying a racquet then having to return it for another. I didn’t buy either one of the demo racquets but at least I had a chance to find out that they weren’t for me. I did end up buying a replacement racquet from RacquetWorld for the one I broke. I’m a happy camper.

They take the uncertainty out of online shopping. I took advantage of the demo program they send out my Racquets in two days. I was surprised they arrived so quickly, but not as surprised as I was to get my new Racquet which I ordered on a Wednesday late night and received it Friday. Just in time for my games with an included gift and $10 off for using the demo program. Awesome program allowing you to feel comfortable ordering on line.
