This bag is way more than I need. Only the really good players at my gym tend of have this, but I don't care. It's awesome. I tend to carry more stuff (junk) than most people, and this has more space than even I need. The compartments are great. I especially like the racquet holder that encloses the whole racquet including the handle. Also a pouch that's perfect for a wallet, phone, keys and wireless earbuds. Stuff that was normally lost or all over the place in my last bag. I haven't used the backpack feature yet, but I wanted it built in. In the past I've had enough weight and distance to walk that carrying it by the handle or single shoulder strap was too painful for my liking.
Only time will tell, but this bag feels very well made and durable.
Lastly, the customer service people are great. Very helpful.

Nice size bag, not too small or big. I wish it had inside pockets for compartment storage also. I wish the zippers were thicker. I hope they last. Overall I really like the bag and colors.

Everything fits, pockets work out well for me, I carry the bag court-side for access to gloves, another ball, a different racquet, whatever. A place for everything, and everything in it's place. Great value. Perfect size for all my needs and room for a few kids items. Well thought out in the construction except for the zipper choice on the pocket for eyewear. Might just still be stiff. I like having my rackets fully protected. And that pocket holds 2 racquets easily.

I was looking for a bag that could hold a lot of gear but wasn't too big in length. This bag was perfect as it had room for my shoes, racquets, eye guards and the thing I loved the most was you could use it as a large backpack with the padded backpack straps tucked underneath. For the price you can't beat it.
