First ball busted

I've been playing with Penn Pro Greens for years. Seems like the quality has slowly been deteriorating. The first ball out of the brand new can I used last weekend busted in the 2nd game - and we are not exactly "power hitters." We'll how it goes with the rest of the cans.

My physical therapist recommended raquetballs to roll over my cramped muscles on the wall. These work better than tennis balls (except for on my feet).
I don't play so i can't speak to hitting them.
